This questionnaire is the first step of your foster or adoption journey. It is in no way meant to spy on you: quite the opposite, it helps us make sure the animal you wish to take in or adopt truly fits your lifestyle. It will be followed by a call from a member of our association, then a visit to your home. All information remains confidential. Thank you already for your plan to save a life!
The information collected through this form is necessary to process your adoption application by Remember Me France, a French nonprofit (association loi 1901). It is intended for the adoption team and kept for the entire life of the adopted dog (post-adoption follow-up). It may be shared with other animal-protection associations pursuing the same goal, solely within that framework and without any advertising use.
