Remember Me France processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected and purposes:

• Contact form (name, email, message) - purpose: to respond to your requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: 3 years.
• Adoption application (identity, contact details, situation) - purpose: processing the application. Legal basis: consent. Retention: 3 years after file closure.
• Newsletter (email) - purpose: sending news. Legal basis: consent. Retention: until unsubscription.
• Analytical and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, Google Ads) - purpose: audience and advertising performance measurement. Legal basis: consent via cookie banner. Retention: maximum 13 months.

Recipients: Data is processed by Remember Me France and its technical sub-processors: Brevo (emails), Hostinger (hosting), Ohme (CRM, contact management), HelloAsso (payments and donations), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (audience measurement, with consent), Meta (Conversions API, advertising measurement, with consent) and Google Ads (campaign measurement, with consent).

Transfers outside the EU: some audience-measurement and advertising sub-processors (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Meta) may transfer data to the United States, only after your consent via the cookie banner. These transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission. For donation measurement (Meta Conversions API), limited hashed data (such as the email address) is sent server-side to Meta to measure campaign effectiveness; legal basis: consent.

Your rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, portability and object. To exercise these rights, contact contact@remembermefrance.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
