Remember Me Park, a shelter in France dedicated to Romanian rescue dogs
Our dream: a safe haven for Romanian dogs in France, a small shelter just for them, a passage on their way to happiness.
All types of dogs can be accommodated, including: fragile puppies which do not survive the winter; fragile puppies that can't survive the winter, old and sick dogs, handicapped dogs, and dogs/chats that require specific veterinary care, as well as fearful dogs that require daily training and follow up to progress and become adoptable in France. who need monitoring and daily work in order to progress and become adoptable in France.
This is very challenging in Romania, where Remember Me Land permanently hosts 350 dogs all year round. A much smaller structure in France would be more appropriate to work with them and help them progress to the level where they have a chance at getting adopted.
Remember Me Park would also free up spaces at Remember Me Land, and thereby allow us to save more dogs threatened with euthanasia in Romanian public pounds such as Roman, Golesti, Orastie, or Piatra Neamt.
Thanks to Remember Me Park, we could also urgently recover our dogs from adoption, of which we unfortunately still encounter cases.
How can you help us achieve this dream?

Si vous pouviez nous aider à créer ce refuge en France avec un don conséquent, ce serait merveilleux ! Une mise en avant des principaux donateurs est prévue à Remember Me Park.
- By providing us with a donation that would cover the purchase or rental of a farm, a terrain, an old shelter or pension.

We have not yet found the specific location where our project should be realized. Our only requirement is that we would like it to be located in the east of France (from département 57 until 06, so the entire east of France), simply to facilitate the arrivals from Romania.

La dernière fois que nous avons osé rêver à un si gros projet, c’était en août 2015, lors de la création de Remember Me Land. En décembre 2015, nous avions fini de construire notre première rangée de boxes ; nous avions signé le contrat avec la mairie de Pascani, faisant officiellement de Remember Me Land la nouvelle fourrière. L’ancienne fourrière mouroir, où tant de chiens avaient perdu la vie, était fermée. Aujourd’hui, de nombreuses années après la réalisation de ce rêve, Remember Me Land est un refuge légalisé par l’administration roumaine ; le refuge abrite en permanence 500 chiens, et a permis le sauvetage de milliers de chiens. Remember Me Park serait le prolongement naturel de Remember Me Land en France. Une terre d’accueil sur notre territoire, permettant ainsi de sauver davantage d’animaux.
