Remember Me Land is a private refuge Built in 2015, our goal was to close and replace the public pound in Pascani, Romania. We take in abandoned dogs, stray dogs, or dogs rescued from other public pounds where the living conditions are atrocious.
We support two other shelters in the proximity of Bucarest : the Carmina structure, and that of Camélia. In addition to this, we try to save as many dogs as possible from the Roman and Golesti pounds.
Thanks for your interest in our animals, they need you ! Our shelter in Romania houses at least 500 dogs at any given time; we also support two other shelters near Bucharest.
Our adoption procedures is composed of 6 steps :
- Complete the adoption form
- Telephone interview with a member of the association
- Pre-visit of your home
- Règlement des frais d’adoption
- Signing the adoption contract
- Repatriation of the animal
Reserved dogs arrive by truck, generally in Sarrebourg (57), Longwy (54), in the Paris region (Villeneuve sur Auvers (91)), then in Cesson-Sévigné (35) or in the south in Robion (84) with a stop in Mâcon or Lyon if requested. The association is not responsible for finding carpools upon arrival of the dogs and invites you to find a solution to come and collect the dog you have reserved. Carpooling or co-training costs, if any, will be your responsibility.
